What We Offer

At Pendola Training we strive to help our clients achieve their goals in the most effective way possible. Getting to know our clients and their individual needs is a crucial part of this process. The first step is to screen the individual. We go over a movement screening as well as a series of questions from lifestyle choices to habits to the mental athlete to better determine the type and frequency of training that fits the individual's needs and budget. I believe Pendola Training works best in layers, building the athlete mentally and physically over time. In my experience, my best athletes really start to shine after about two years of uninterrupted training (including time off for regeneration between seasons). It is this Energy System Development plan that has led to over 30 of our high school athletes getting full ride scholarships in the last 5 years, not to mention our athletes who might not compete in college, but have a great mental/physical base and the proper understanding of how to continue this lifestyle for their next goal!
